The action sequences and fight scenes are always a joy to watch if done well. The costume designs are typically very flamboyant and interesting. The sound design of action sequences.
Elements I don't like in this genre:
The common cliches which can make a lot of action movies seem very homogeneous. Cory and bad dialogue can rum an action film and occur often in lower budget and some high budget action films. The overuse of action without developing the plot.
